The holiday house can be rented for a WEEK or a WEEKEND, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Below you can find an overview of the rates. During the holiday season, Christmas and New Year, different rates are applicable. For more information, please contact us via the contact form below.

We gladly accept families and responsable adults.  Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.

Price per night: €625, with a minimum of 2 nights

Christmas and New Year period €800,00 per night, with a minimum of 3 nights

We ask an inventory deposit of € 750. After checking the house after your stay, this amount will be refunded. Furthermore, there is a  fee for cleaning,  bed and bathlinnen of €150.


50% of the amount must be paid by booking, the other 50% must be paid 1 month before arrival at the latest.
